Three things separate Indian Craft from other local Indian restaurants:

First, a working tandoor. Most West Edmonton restaurants either skip tandoori items or use commercial alternatives. Indian Craft has an actual tandoor firing chicken, lamb, and prawns the way it's done in Punjab. The Lamb Seekh Kebab comes out charred and smoky, cooked in-house fresh, not pre-made and reheated.
